Session #1: Friday, March 1st from 6 pm to 1 am
Session #2: Saturday, March 2nd from 12 pm to 6 pm
Session #3: Saturday, March 2nd from 7 pm to 1 am

 

How much is a Token worth?

1 token = $1.

What is the deadline to buy tickets, Token, etc. at the presale price?

February 28th, 2019

Can I use a prepaid credit card or gift card to buy tickets online?

No.

I cannot attend the event anymore. May I receive a reimbursement?

No, tickets are not refundable.

I purchased my ticket for the wrong session. Can I exchange it?

Yes, but only until February 15th by sending a request by email to toronto@brewfest.ca.

Is it possible to buy tickets at the door?

Tickets may be available at the door if the event isn’t sold out. Prices of tickets will vary depending on the ticket type.

At what time does the event box office close?

The box office will close at midnight each night.

Is my ticket valid for all sessions?

No, it is only available for the session written on the ticket.

If I purchase a VIP ticket, do I still have to wait to get in?

A fast line will be dedicated to VIP ticket holders.

Is it possible to validate my presale ticket directly on my smart phone?

Yes.

Will there be an alternative to beer?

Yes. Distilleries will also be on site. A wine and spirits bar as well as ciders and kombucha will be available.

Can I receive my products purchased online by mail?

No, products bought online are collected at the entrance to the event.

How do I go about collecting my products purchased in advance?

You must go to the event’s box office with your electronic ticket.

If I bought two tickets in the same transaction, do both people have to present themselves at the same time?

No. Each ticket bought will generate a single electronic ticket.

Can tokens be purchased at the event?

Yes, they will be available for purchase on site.

What are the tokens for?

They are used to purchase beer and food samples.

How many tokens are required for a beer sample (4 oz.)?

On average 4-ounce samples will be 2-3/coupons each ($2-3). Import and small-batch specialty beers will go for 3-5/coupons ($3-5).

How many tokens are required for food samples?

On average, food samples require between 6 and 10 tokens ($6-10).

How many different kinds of beer will there be?

There will be over 150 different kinds of beers.

How many breweries will there be?

There will be over 25 breweries.

Is there parking on site?

Indoor and outdoor parking is available at Exhibition Place.

What is the format of the tasting glass?

In order to be environmentally responsible, this year you will receive a 10 oz Ecocup reusable plastic glass. A limited amount of souvenir glasses will be available for purchase or to those who bought a VIP or Cicerone ticket.

Can I bring my own glass?

No.

Which payment method will be accepted to buy tokens?

Only cash and credit cards will be accepted.

Will there be an ATM machine on site?

Yes, there will be ATMs inside.

Is the event accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes

Is the event open to all ages?

No. The event is for those 19 and over. Make sure to have ID with you.

Is there a smoking section?

Smoking is allowed on the CNE grounds with the exception of all buildings.

Is there a coat check?

Yes for a $3 fee.
